I have had the car I purchased from Alexander James car sales cleckheaton for less than a year and in the first 14 days when it was still under warranty a ball joint needed to be replaced. The salesman refused to fix this problem even though the car was still under warranty. A few months on and a head gasket has gone. Costing me just under £1000 in total to repair the car since getting it with no help or compassion from the man I bought it from. I am absolutely disgusted. Don’t ever buy a car from this shady salesman. Dodgy is an understatement.
