Very Angry Customer

Avoid this dealer.. We viewed a car, agreed a price and paid a deposit. On the day we went to pay the balance Kait Motors withdrew the car from the deal and refused to sell the car although it remained on their website at a 'higher' price than originally advertised.. A very unprofessional approach to car retail and a very disappointing, time wasting and angry experience for us having arranged insurance, finance and the sale of our previous car, Kait only seemed interested in their relationship with their supplier and not their end customer! This incident will certainly be referred to Tradings standards for investigation into Kait car sales practices.
