Rude and unhelpful

Wanted to spend up to 12K on a second hand car. The member of staff (Andrew) was very helpful on our initial visit. However we couldn't agree on price even after I showed him many local cars for sale which were cheaper and lower mileage than the car we were interested in. Andrew then invited us back to look at a cheaper car which had 'exactly the same spec yet slightly older and slightly more miles' However this was a lie as the car did not have Sat Nav and this is something we specified. After explaining this to Andrew he became very rude and said that was all he had and then left us to walk out of the door. Very disappointed and speechless as to how we were treated. We will definitely be spending our money anywhere but Autovision Scotland.
