Terrible service

I booked the car in for mot and wanted a couple of extra bits done but when I tried to contact them the relevant people were not available and would call me back. After 4 attempts the service adviser said they would deal with it. After the lot was done and the parts not fitted I asked why to be told they would phone me. This wasn’t done either and then another call to service department finally produced a call back 1-1/2 weeks after the work was completed and wanted to charge £80 plus fitting for a tiny plastic trim. Terrible service.
