No customer service

Put a deposit of £1000 pounds on a factory order Vignale Estate, was requested to go in of Friday 26/01/18 at 12.00 to sign the paperwork and part with another £4000 arrived waited 55 mins' in the end walked out went home as I had another appointment, later had a text from the sales man, saying sorry I missed you ! shell I come to your house tonight; I asked if the car had been ordered, he said yes’ I said I wanted to check the specifications, at 16.05 he replied he would call me in 10 mins at 5.30 I replied 10min!! and then again I sent another text saying this is not what I call customer service, I have now cancelled the car. I have just ordered the exact same car from SKY Ford worth the extra travelling I will not be giving Alan ford another chance, and will ensure that I pass my experience on this occasion to all I encounter that might be thinking of buying a car from them.
