Excellent customer service and attention

Living in Aberdeen and having found an excellent example of a fairly rare and particular Alfa Romeo I’ve been looking for at The Bath Car Company, due to the distance involved, I was reluctant but forced to buy the car unseen and delivered. Not only did they do me a good deal on the purchase price, the customer service has been excellent. On delivery I found a technical fault with the car which on investigation turned out to be a design flaw. They ordered up the fairly expensive parts at their own cost and investigated the problem fully so that it will be properly fixed and the design problem removed. Like I said, excellent customer service especially considering the distances involved. Great to find a dealer that stands by you after the deal has been signed and sealed, a refreshing change from the norm!!! Highly recommended.
