Appalling customer service. Steer clear.

Fine until something goes wrong. Bought a car from these people last year. At the time the service plan wasn't finalised so wasn't an option on the initial order. At delivery I was told I had a month to order it. It was a fairly obvious purchase to make at £750 pounds for 5 years. A couple of weeks later before I got around to ordering it, I received a letter welcoming me to the service plan along with a membership card. I called the customer service number on the letter asking if this was a mistake as I hadn't purchased it yet. Was told that the plan was paid for and had been included in the price of my car. Came to book my car in for its first service and I'm told there is no service plan. Dealer denied any knowledge. After some investigation found the dealer had set up the plan in error then cancelled it two weeks later, but didn't bother to inform me. Went back to them with this information and was told it was now too late for me to order the plan and they wouldn't do anything to help me despite the fact that it was their fault.
