Poor customer service

I had my car booked in for a service at Archie Moss Coalville yesterday and had arranged a courtesy car with them. On arrival I was informed that there was no courtesy car available as it had been in an accident the previous week. I asked why no-one had phoned me yesterday to re-arrange, but they could not give a reason. So I had got up early education to get my car serviced but it did not happen. They have over 100 cars on their site but could not find one to oblige a customer. Now I need to make other arrangements.
