Not of satisfactory quality

Bought a Fiat Bravo from this dealer through Car Finance 247. Nothing but problems from day 1, dealer tried to fix twice without success, so asked them to take it back. Car Finance backed them and not me and after 5 months an engineers report concluded that the car was of poor quality from the point of sale. Despite taking the car back again and again, and taking time off, they charged £1000 for car mileage of 4000 miles., which goes against me! Car was also supposed to have a free service prior to sale, but according to the vehicle report, it hadn't been serviced for over a year. The car is now back on sale at the same price as what I paid, so the mileage charge did not effect the value of the car.
