Disappointed with recently purchased car

Within three weeks of purchasing car we had brake problems. Had repair work done by mark Lilly garages, minimum parts replaced, been back on several occasions as car is still concerning. They are saying that it is ok, but this problem is still occurring. Car juddering, brakes squeaking, disc IS warped which we know as it’s been checked. They told us to get someone else to look at the car, because they don’t see anything wrong with it.
