Avoid this garage if you can. The sales team will misled you into believing "if you have a problem pop it in and we will fix it" and get you to sign their warranty agreement. However my £11k BMW developed a faulty flexi exhaust hose. Sorry not covered and denied ever saying "pop it in..." Also not covered are: Air con, Cat, exhaust system, wiring, Navigation all those likely parts likely to go on a second hand vehicle The local BMW garage inspected the car to confirm the fault plus the warranty was void only one service stamp and no previous service history. £365.00 repair. Again denials from the same sales team. However the service manager seemed genuine and told my daughter this was a regular occurrence and some days could not sleep at night.
