When I went to Research Garage Nuneaton Barling Way it was the first time I was buying a second hand car, and this dealership made the experience pleasurable, they was pushy at all. They are a family run business and you can tell that with the staff, the staff absolutely perfect, the seemed to care, were friendly, co-operative, the exceeded my expectations. The guy I finally dealt with regarding the paperwork was incredible, he made me feel very comfortable, it was almost like talking to a friend and I felt great about the purchase. They tried to meet me halfway with a lot of things, they were very helpful in negotiating the price and I was extremely impressed with the service. If would give them more than a 5 if I could, absolutely great.
