Manager Craig and service was rubbish

I booked my vehicle in for service which they happily took on and made me feel welcome, as soon as I left the vehicle with them to start the service, it all went downhill from there. I dealt with a chap robin, who I've been dealing with all these years. I've been a Mercedes customer from 1998, and the service I have received from the manager recently was unacceptable. Firstly, the manager Craig sent a text to me regarding the hired vehicle I had, I had it longer than expected which was due to them not fixing my car? That was not my fault? He called me, I couldn't answer due to me being at work. Craig sent me a text saying that he will report the hired vehicle stolen? I am not a thief, I haven't ran off with their car? I sent a text back to confirm where the vehicle was, so they can come pick it up if they want. Also as a manager, Craig's communication was far too unacceptable! I would never go back to this company, I live in Birmingham, I went out my way all the way to Gloucester to give them my service and money for me to be treated like this? it would've been much easier for my to give in Birmingham dealers. But I preferred Gloucester dealers due to me always been going there for the last many years. Anyways enough about Craig, I picked up my car from the dealer after servicing and other parts which they recommended for me to do. I told them what ever needed doing, do it because I want the car fully functioning as when I gave it to them. They changed something within the coolant side, which I paid a silly amount for. The best bit was that I come out the garage paid for everything, happy, done 7 miles away from the garage and the car was smoking up from the front. The car was over heating and it said top up coolant. I was confused because I thought they topped it up. However, because of the car over heating and smoking, and me traveling to Birmingham again I thought let me get the car checked before I head on to the motorway. So I called Mercedes Mobilo, they came out and said my coolant system is messed up? I never had this problem before, and after they changing something with the coolant, now the car is messed up. Mercedes Mobilo sent the car back to Mercedes and sent me in a taxi back to my house. Overall, the service and communication within this garage is totally unacceptable and rubbish! The MANAGER, not sales man, the manager tried threatening me like as if I was running off with the hired car. He was being totally rude over the phone with me, which yes I have lost my patience with him. I will not be returning to this garage anymore after they fix my car. I will stick to my local Birmingham garage. They should be happy, but seems like they taking it for granted. This is an original review, which when Mercedes do read this, they will know.
