My Father has used Neales garage for a number of years. His latest purchase an I20 has covered 9000 miles, he religiously checks Oil water Etc and noticed his oil dropping very quickly, he topped it up and checked how much it used, he then contacted Neales who topped it up again (they even had the cheek to say "don't worry we will not charge for the oil") and said do 1000 miles and bring it back. After the miles he took it back, it was decided that a "new Engine" was required!! another oil top up was required and the same statement made again, I should think not it should be covered under warranty!!!! He has now had a Courtesy car while the new engine is fitted, guess what they want to charge him for the insurance while his is in for the warranty work £15 a day!!! 85 years old a loyal customer and this is the treatment he gets
