I wont be conned for unnecessary repairs

Bought 2nd hand PHEV from Warrington dealership of which experience was fine (of course it was - I was spending £27k !!) Come to have serviced to be told that front tyres needed replacing and was sent a "healthcheck video" showing me the measurement of where worn - quoted £358 for 2 tyres of which I checked on Black Circles the same TOYO tyres are £215 fitted !! It gets worse.... I take the "dangerous tyres" to be fitted with new ones at an ATS to be told that there's nothing wrong with them and that as long as the tread is within legal limits in the middle of the tyre and no threads visible on the outside then they are road legal and not illegal; therefore they declined to fit new ones for me as there was nothing wrong with them in the first place and loads of life left in them !!! Sorry Gallaghers, I wont be had over on unecessary items "as it was in for service" - I will not be bringing the car to you for service again !
