I would rather use public transport than have any dealings with premier ford in newport. Although some individual staff member are "alright", in general the management do not give a toss and customer service at non-existent. This is just my opinion, but I feel I am not alone. In future I will deal with Whitwell Ford, a family dealership where customers are treated with respect and consideration.
