Very friendly and helpful

I have bought from the car centre before and decided to buy local, I am glad I did as they had a good selection of cars in my price range. I bought a Mercedes C Class that was known to the Car Centre as I prefer an automatic I was delighted I could be helped. After a few days I found a fault with the steering when I spoke to Ian a very knowledgeable salesman he reassured me that they would sort out the problem I had. In the end it needed a new steering rack, I spoke to Mark and he treated me very fairly and agreed to replace it. All I can say is job done steering perfect and one very happy customer. Thank you Mark you showed true customer care. I would be happy to buy from this trusted car sales.
