a very poor customer servce

We bought a car from this company with several defects eg. no parcel shelf, carpet missing from the back of the offside back seat, trim on the bottom of the nearside door, lacquer peeling from back bumper and release clip missing from offside back seat. We took this car on the understanding that they would replace the parcel shelf and back seat carpet. To date they have not done this. We replaced the parcel shelf at a cost of £50.00 which they said they would refund us again to date they have not done this. We bought this car at the end of October 2017. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very dissapointed customer
