Honest and no pressure selling

I bought a car From Beech Motor Co which had a fault. I rejected the car and Andrew offered me an immediate refund. The funds were transferred to my bank as soon as I returned the car. Everyone can make a mistake, but it is how you deal with that mistake that counts. Beech Motor Co were faultless in how they dealt with the situation, but the actions of the manufacturer left a lot to be desired. Would I buy from Beech again and would I recommend them? You bet I would.
