Contact - what contact?

Interested in buying one of their cars. Sent an enquiry via their website. Called their webchat service twice and left contact details. Requested email info as I can't accommodate unscheduled phone calls. SILENCE!!!. Do they ever check their webchat calls or enquiries form???
