Very poor customer service

I have had two vans from Vospers Plymouth. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The servicing department need re-training. My latest van has a horrible rasping rattle noise which they have not been able to find and so have palmed me off with a decision saying it is a design signature of the vehicle. I should not have to put up with a new vehicle sounding like a 20 year old vehicle. I will never buy from Vospers again.
