Incompetent mechanics

Johnsons Oxford changed the oil and overfilled by one litre. Given the capacity of the engine is four litres an overfill of one litre is a lot and can cause engine damage. Had to reduce the oil level myself. My complaint was met with a dishonest response and I have yet to receive a refund.
