Awful service

Told TrustFord Runcorn that I thought my battery was flat, they charged £86.00 to run a check and diagnostic and could not tell whether the battery was ok. 5 days later, at the side of the road, broken down, the AA informed me that the battery was shot to bits. The check took 2 mins and was free. I called back in at the Runcorn branch and they didn't want to know, no refund no nothing, they just didn't care. I immediately cancelled my service plan. Awful service, if you have a Ford, go elsewhere.
