poor customer care

I recently bought a car from TrustFord Castleford, Richard was a friendly and helpful salesman. Unfortunately when I had to take the car back in for the brakes changing (due to them not sorting the issue before I picked the car up as promised) i kept getting the run around and messed about, then when I made a complaint it took 3 weeks and a push from Ford head office for them to contact me where a very unhelpful and arrogant man called me and told me they'd done ME the favour rather than apologising. Wouldn't recommend due to this aftercare
