terrible service

We came to J & J caravans and were very disappointed by the lack of unprofessionalism. We made a purchase in the end, but came very close to walking away. We made several attempts to contact them by email and phone, never to get a response. When we did finally get a hold of them, we were treated quite rudely, as if we were an annoyance. The only reason we ended up going through with the sale was because we had given a £500 deposit, and quite frankly, thought we wouldn't get it back. I would suggest they work on their social skills and manners.
