Poor customer service

Been a customer for 2 years. Very nice showroom and greeting but that' where customer service stops ! Lots of suits walking around all of whom have very little or no time for waiting customers. Despite undertakings to keep you fully advised on how the work on the car is going- they never do. A promise to return a phone call never happens. It's always on their terms . An offer of a quasaunt and cup of coffee in no way outweighs the aweful customer service
