Wow, wow, wow, what can I say, this is and has been a very smooth and efficient process from beginning to end, all thanks to the wonderful guy James. James looked after us and answered any questions we had and saw us through the whole process of buying the Audi we wanted, explaining everything from deposit to little things like how the car SatNav works, he communicated all the time with us, even when the phone line was ringing continuously, he still gave us his undivided attention. We even agreed a date for collection and they in fact were able to give us our car earlier, which was amazing. The car we purchased, really is the car of our dreams and the fact that James has restored our faith in purchasing cars from dealerships, says it all. We would and will definitely be returning when we need another car. Thank you James and thank you Cuffley.
