this company denied me my statutory rights under the sale of goods act, major fault after two weeks. had to take them to court and I won. the judges exact words were" this vehicle is clearly not of satisfactory quality". they even said I was suffering from buyers remorse and simply want a refund. they clearly did not know the sale of goods act well enough perhaps they do now! the ironic thing is-nearly all the information I needed to win my case came from their own legal representatives web page. so why they did not advise them to agree to my terms which would have been half of the final amount I do not know.
