Very Poor Customer Service

I bought a 2nd hand car 6 months ago and within days it broke down and has been back in several times for repair for a total of 3 months. Something is "fixed" and within days other faults have appeared, clearly the car was faulty when sold therefore I would have thought they would be eager to fix the issue(s). How wrong could I have been, an absolute shambles of a place that would better be avoided.
