Do not trust these people

Do not trust!!! I purchased a part ex vehicle on ebay and paid a deposit to Shazad Safeer (the director) and the balance to Euro motors bank account. The Vehicle was not as per the advert and had a undisclosed major oil leak rendering it unusable. When I contacted them about rejecting the vehicle as per the consumer rights act 2015 they first told me I have purchase the car from a guy called Adam who was a friend, and Euro Motor has only taken the payment for him. It transpires that Adam is an employ of Euro Motors. Adam them claimed he has no money to repay me. I suggested I may have to take Euro motors to court. I really would suggest you think hard before trusting this company
