My husband bought a car from Holdcroft Crewe. A month later or old finance is not settled, no finance agreement paperwork, no GAP insurance confirmation and no one to contact us. To too it all off the sales manager lied to my husband saying he wasn't in work when not only did he email him back but we saw him when we took car in for repair. Bunch of liars and only care about the commission and not the aftercare. Put this on twitter and had no response
