Poor, complacent dealership
I bought an Alfa Romeo Giulietta from Ancaster Alfa Romeo Welling. The car itself was fine and good value but I found the dealership and the customer service really poor. There were multiple errors made by them throughout the process. An example is they told me the car had an alarm (so I got insurance based on having an alarm) When I got the car, it didn't have an alarm. I pointed this out and their attitude was 'oh yeah, we made a mistake' and that was it. So not only did I not have a car alarm, I have to pay extra on my car insurance. The key to good customer service is sorting out problems quickly especially when it is your error. Ancaster repeatedly provided poor customer service to me. I'm surprised they are still in business.
