Deceptive

Unfortunately we have obtained a vehicle from Phil Foster 4x4 that was not fit for the road despite being sold as one simple advisory on an 11 month MOT. We have spent a lot of money and lost days and days of work as the motor was not fit for driving. We asked for an honest description and was also refused any haggling on the advertised price as it was in such tip top condition. The exhaust has so many holes through it and power steering fluid has leaked out 3 times now after filling up. Unfortunately now have to take to a garage and spend yet more money and lose more work. In the meantime an email and request for expenses has been sent to the garage and copied to trading standards.
