Cars sold are dangerous

I Bought a car from Autoshine Motors a little while ago. It had many faults including water leak, oil leak and a faulty handbreak. Only one of the faults was repaired under warranty all the others were "Fair wear and Tear" which is rubbish, I found all the problems before I'd even got it home... Forget customer service I was lied to on a number of occasions. But by far the most worrying was the state of the break pads... when I had it MOTd by a proper garage some 10 months later the mechanic called into the workshop to show me the discs had nothing left...and by nothing I mean all the shiney steel had gone it was just rusty bare metal, which had also ruined the pads... There is absolutely no way this had happened in 10 months... this was purchased with dangerous brakes... I've reported them to trading standards and provided photographic evidence of the brakes along with the supporting letter from the mechanic who wouldnt let me drive it away due to a real concern for our safety...
