Unbelievablely Brilliant Service

I wanted an inexpensive but reliable and economical car to use for work and back plus general running around. I was advised to buy a diesel by a mechanic friend. When I got to Cromford Road Cars, the man said that a diesel may not be the car for me as I do a low mileage and short trips and the DPF filter may clog up! I didn't understand what he was talking about, so I bought a diesel Ford Focus from him anyway. After I had owned the car for about 8 weeks a light came on the dashboard, so I took it to my local garage who told me that the DPF filter was blocked and that it would cost £295 to fix and it may get blocked again. I went back to Cromford Road Cars and explained what had happened. He politely said "I told you so", but gave me my money back against a petrol Vauxhall Astra. I had nothing extra to pay and I got a new MOT and service as well. I am very pleased with this garage and would not hessitate to buy another car from them.
