Would not recommend Allen Ford to anyone

I thought I was ordering a new car - turned out it was a pre-registered car. I asked for front & rear parking sensors - only rear ones fitted. They retro fitted front sensors, which are a complete waste of time. Ordered full carpet set - only front ones fitted. I said I wanted a full tank of petrol - they tried to get away without doing this. When I asked for a towbar - they said we don't fit these & that I would need to get it done myself. Allen Ford Rugby said I would be contacted soon after my purchase regarding how satisfied I was with the service - I was never contacted because they did not want a poor report.
