I bought a VW Passat (WM02 TJZ) from Kevin Stack Car Sales after a short trip abroad it developed some serious defects, (the off side windows stopped working, the rear nearside footwell filled with water, the offside front brake disc started to bind, and it used a full tank of coolant in 400 miles) so I returned the car to him less than 3 weeks later and asked him for a full refund, which he refused to give me, retaining £100. He then left it registered in my name for the next 3 months (unbeknownst to me at the time, that I had to cancel the car tax myself online), 'I've hired it out anyway to a German couple for the next few months'. I had to inform the DVLA and the Police that this was the case eventually. Insulted my 15 year Army service by saying 'you don't look like a soldier'. Typical back street used car conman. If you are thinking about buying a car from this man, look elsewhere, if it goes wrong within the 30 day returns policy under the consumer rights act - you won't get your money back and will probably be insulted for your trouble.
