Went to court and won!

We bought a car from kj prestige which within a couple of weeks started making a loud noise from the front wheel. After getting nowhere with kj prestige we went to court and sued them and won! Similar to Mr and Mrs Walters story below we were accused of being abusive which could not be further from the truth. A member of staff was hostile towards my family who were concerned that he was allowing me to drive my newborn son in a car that was unsafe! He would not even submit to the court the cctv footage showing the situation where he was hostile towards us and not us towards him! We got our car fixed by a reputable dealer!
