Good service but rubbish aftercare

Bought new / second hand car every time I look at it there is more faults and anton the the second hand car salesman at Furrows of Telford said he we get it right not happy at all . The mother in law had had two / three new cars from Telford but we won't be using Telford again unless my car is sorted please get back to me.
