Paid Sturgess £17k for a car that has been inspected by the garage, described as "as good as you'll get". The day before collection was due, after changing insurance, and booking train tickets to get to Leicester, was told vehicle was not in a saleable condition. Moreover there was resistance to the idea that they had an obligation to source an alternative. Having escalated the matter to the manager, was told that he'd try and source an alternative. Three days later was told one had been sourced. A further three weeks later am told the vehicle is still not available. More incompetent than dishonest, but who wants to spend this volume of money with an incompetent business?
