Great at the beginning then all wrong

The vehicle lasted three months, ended up needing a reconditioned engine. Returned to Cargo to fit the recon unit at Robs request. Rob sent the vehicle back after the repair, the recon engine lasted a week. Had the finance company and the Financial Ombudsman involved, issue went on for a year. The vehicle was off the road for approximately 11 months and I was not offered a courtesy vehicle during the entire episode. The finance company uplifted the vehicle after the "recon" engine developed faults and was in discussions with the broker/dealer to return the vehicle as it was considered a failed repair and stated that the vehicle should not have been sold in such a condition. The finance company decided to reimburse most, but not all of my money and added a very small amount as compensation. I lost more than the compensation they paid to me. I did not have the use of the vehicle for nearly a year, suffered stress and inconvenience and was also nearly stranded in the Scottish Highlands on the last occasion the vehicle broke down after it was returned to me from Cargo. So all in all, not a good experience and will not be recommending or returning to this dealer.
