tried selling faulty car

Tried to sell me a faulty smart car. Went to view a smart car advertised, was told over the phone its brilliant and no issues. Once we got there, which took us ages finding as it was makeshift yard at the back of a house and no sign at all saying ATC Birmingham Ltd.. and we had to keep on the phone with the man for directions till we finally found it... Once we got there the car at first didnt start and only after repeated attempts with a booster pack it did. We checked the engine and it a had a lot of visible oil on it, which he claimed was normal!! . When there was clearly a leak. Really wasted our time! ,,
