Horrendous customer service, absolute nightmare to deal with, I took my Ford Fiesta back to Evans Halshaw Northwich Ford to have a couple of faults repaired under warranty. After 5 days of them having the vehicle they gave me back exactly the same as when I dropped it off and told me a couple of lies to try justify this.
