Disgusting customer service

Purchased a car from furrows of telford several months ago, had nothing but trouble with it, whilst the repairs were carried out under the warranty i have only had a running car from feb to sep. Its now broke down again, after having the mechanic come out from furrows i was told what the problem was. I booked it in for repair elsewhere only to be told once it was repaired theres another issue. I spent £400 putting it right. And its still doesnt run. I spoke to mark swan whos very argumentative and seems to speak down to females and if he cant get his say he usually puts the phone down on you. Extremely bad customer service. The car i bought should never have been on the forecourt, they just take your money and dont want to know. I have now had to involve trading standards and the ombudsman. NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
