Dreadful attitude when things go bad
I've bought 2 machines from BikersWorld. The first a 1000 sports bike, that has had engine management issues from purchase. In its 2 years it has spent more time shoved in a corner of their workshop than it has in my garage! The dealership talked me to thousands of pounds of mods in an attempt to sort out the problems with this bike, which they have never achieved! Now out of frustration they've claimed I'm the problem and are even refusing to discuss my vehicle with me, that their holding in their workshop! The second bike was returned the day of collection for loose hand control modules. The bike had been pdi'd and released for an excited customer, however on return the bike was withdraw as being dangerous and unsafe to use as they hadn't pinned the controls to the bar. They replaced the bars with some with liftbavk position, which introduced death wobble! I took the bike back instantly and rejected the bike. They replaced the bars with the original ones they'd fitted but this time pinning the control modules to the bars. They bike still has excessive head shake and needs a steering damper but I've had enough of the attitude, this bike has also been rejected a second time. I'm having to involve a solicitor as this dealership refuse to talk to me. The staff are nice as pie when things are easy but become refuse, difficult and obstructive when they fail to sort out issues. Avoid this dealer!
