Dangerous tyres, blowing exhaust

Bought a car from these guys. When we took it for a test drive the salesman wouldn't let us take it onto the dual carriageway. As soon is we did (after buying) we realised why - I presume they'd patched up the exhaust to prevent it blowing and as soon as we got the revs up on the motorway the repair failed and it sounded like a banger. I phoned up the garage to ask what I should do - they never got back. On taking it to the local garage we discovered the front tyres were dangerous (one with a bulge, one with a cut) and the front pads were so worn they'd ruined the front discs. Additionally, the car was advertised with a full service history yet when we looked closer, the service history was incomplete - low mileage services were missing and the service regime from Fiat clearly states a service at least every 12 months. The car had sometimes gone without a service for over 2 years. 3 months after buying, I'm now facing a repair bill for around 20% of what we paid for the car. If you buy from these guys, make sure you know what you're doing. It was my first purchase and I feel I got burned.
