Scam

We bought a car in January 2017 that had problems from the off. The 3 month warranty didn’t exist and Wayne kept promising to have the car fixed which never materialised. They wouldn’t give us a refund either. We formally rejected the car and have gone through the courts but a court appointed bailiff was unable to recoup our money as apparently they no longer trade there and there were no saleable goods. We are over £2000 out of pocket and not sure what to do next. It’s a lot of money!
