So 1 year and 4 days after I purchased a mazda 5 for just over 4 grand from English Leasing, I finally have my money back through the credit card company with the help of the financial ombudsman! 7 weeks after I bought the car, engine management light told me the diesel particulate filter was blocked. 150 cars couldn't look at the fault for a week so I rang the warranty company, not covered as it's consumerable, ok 700 quid to replace part and engine light was still on so retruned the vehicle told we'll fix it when we get around to it! Er no you'll give fix it asap or I want my money back. Long story short, engineer report and diagnostic plus expenses of 2500-3000 MBNA card is refunding but if I'd seen other reviews of these guys before I visited them I would definitely not have bought a car from them! They are 'quite' nice and 'slightly' helpful (in between talking for other disappointed customers on the phone and placing bets on horse racing online) when you go look at they're vehicles but totally change to rude, obnoxious and arrogant once they have your money! DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
