I cannot recommend buying a car off of Shefleys after the appalling customer service I experienced after buying a second hand car. The car had multiple faults during the first month of ownership. Despite being told the car had a months warranty the garage was not interested in sorting it out and the car cost me a small fortune to fix. When given the opportunity to offer recompense the owner was most unhelpful and ended up putting the phone down on me. The car has continued to be very unreliable, costing me nearly £700 in repair bills in the first two months, with the first fault developing only two days after purchase. I am very disappointed.
