I purchased a bike from this dealer, which within a few months needed over £1,000 work done on it. The dealer is an ex-mechanic, but said he does not check the bikes over and did not appear to care whether they are in working order. He had never run the bike to see if it even worked. Although when I viewed it it had panniers attached, when he delivered it they were missing and I had to ask him to return them. I have spoken to another previous customer who said this was very similar to their experience.
